Brett is the CEO and co-founder of New Story. Founded in 2014, New Story empowers underserved Latin American families to secure land and housing through impact investing and philanthropy. The organization evolved from a charity-based model to a market-based approach resulting in reduced development timelines and multiplied impact. Brett has been recognized on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, named one of the Top 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs by Goldman Sachs, and New Story was named among Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies in the World” four times. Brett is also the co-founder of Hometeam Ventures, a VC fund focused on breakthrough construction technology. Brett lives in New York City with his wife, Demi, and dog, Chief.
