Debbie Chen is a 2022 Praxis Business fellow, founder & CEO of Hydrostasis, building health equity through hydration monitoring wearables. She advocates for underrepresented founders and is mother to Ellen (11) and Arthur (8). She was born in Taipei, Taiwan, got her BS at UC San Diego and PhD at Tufts University. She celebrated 15 years of marriage with husband Kevin this past year.
