Advisory Africa LTD, a fast-growing impact advisory firm that supports private, public, and social sector partners globally with leadership development, institutional strengthening, culture transformation, and strategy development. Before F.I.T Africa, Femi served on the global executive of Trace TV, where he led the group’s e-learning division, TRACE Academia, across Europe and Africa. He was also the Executive Director of LEAP Africa for six years, co-designing programs that reached millions of youth across the continent.
