Justice Rising delivers quality education in places where instability is part of daily life— building school systems that can thrive even in the midst of conflict.
Since 2015, we have built and operated a network of 23 schools in conflict-affected communities in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. Through this network, we provide education to more than 4,000 children whose safety and schooling are often threatened by ongoing violence.
Alongside our private school network, Justice Rising partners with the Ministry of Education in the DRC to improve learning outcomes in public schools. Through this partnership, we currently support 80 public schools, serving more than 40,000 students and training nearly 600 teachers, with a goal to expand to 600 schools over the next five years.
Our work is teacher-designed, field-tested, and grounded in evidence— ensuring that schools can not only survive, but thrive, even during war.
