ProAbled was launched with the belief that every person, no matter the challenges he/she faces, has the right to be productive, hold a decent job, and earn a sustainable living. ProAbled works to shift society’s mindset from limiting the capacities of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) to creating opportunities for them to prove that they are PROfessionally Abled.
ProAbled paves the way to normalizing disability inclusion culture by providing education, training, employment support, coaching, and consultancy to corporate, public, and academic institutions. To date, ProAbled has trained and upskilled more than 1,700 PWDs in different fields to increase their work readiness, and ensured the employment of 884 PWDs in companies across Lebanon.
