After losing his brother, John Onwuchekwa built We Go On from the belief that grief is not a problem to manage alone but a human experience best carried together. The organization creates story-driven gatherings that provide a space for people to linger with their grief and experience hope together. Beyond events, We Go On leads workshops for organizations, leaders, schools, hospitals, and churches to equip teams with the tools they need for the trials they’re likely to face. Since 2022, We Go On has hosted its marquee gathering—The We Go On Tour (wegoontour.com)—in 40+ cities, served 10,000+ people, and equipped 100+ communities nationwide.
