Ideos is a research and practice institute animated by the their call—as followers of Christ—to love both neighbor and enemy as the foundation for bridging seemingly unbridgeable divides in and outside the Church. As such, they work to advance a redemptive and spiritual form of empathy that has the power to transform spaces of division, polarization, and human conflict. They do this via a proprietary process that equips mission- and faith-driven leaders, communities, and institutions to work across lines of difference in service of solving the major challenges of our time.
