A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
StreetCode Academy provides free technology classes in coding, entrepreneurship, and design to communities of color. Since 2014, they have served over 3,500 community members and created an effective program model where 95% of StreetCode Academy alumni report that they continue to independently engage in tech education after graduating from their programs.
Olatunde Sobomehin is the co-founder and CEO of StreetCode Academy, a community-based organization providing free tech education to communities of color. In addition to StreetCode Academy, Olatunde has co-founded Esface, a youth sports and culture brand and Trillicon Valley, a lifestyle brand with products in technology, fashion, and branding. He is a proud graduate of Stanford University and together with his wife Tamara, has four children: Olatayo (16), Temilola (15), Tatiola (13), and Olataiye (9).
Tamara Sobomehin is from Dallas, TX where she was born and raised. She attended Stanford University as an undergraduate and as the first in her family to graduate college, received her BA in psychology. She also has a MEd from the University of Texas at Arlington and brings over twenty years of understanding to the StreetCode Academy team in the fields of operations, child development psychology, and education policy and leadership. Tamara serves on a number of local committees working to create more equitable solutions for students, most recently as an elected trustee for the Ravenswood City School District.
In today’s commercially-driven world people are more likely to be seen and referred to as 'consumers' than anything else. Instead of being met with resistance, this shift has often meant that individuals have formed their identity through a composite of brands, and product purchasing can be guided more by the desire to make a statement about one’s identity and values than strict utility. As a result, the lines between social movement, capitalism, and community are increasingly blurry (see: Nike, Whole Foods, and Patagonia).
Given this reality (which is with us for both better and worse), we’d like to support entrepreneurs with a vision for building brands with a counter-culturally virtuous and optimistic view of the world, spreading hope and beauty, eliminating stigma, and most fundamentally, redirecting our identity away from materialistic consumption and toward lasting contentment.
