Christy Singleton coaches and consults through her venture, Leadership Sanity, specializing in leadership development, transitions, nonprofit governance, and elevating team performance. She draws on two decades of nonprofit leadership experience, during which she led a venture through significant growth in revenue, staffing, and service offerings while building the infrastructure for sustainable, long-term scale across multiple global locations. Christy serves on several boards, including Unshattered and the Charis Foundation. She lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband, Steve, and has three adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching indoor cycling and walking her two Labradoodles.
