Dashell Laryea was most recently a public equities analyst, focusing on investments in fintech, vertical SaaS, and marketplaces. Prior to this, he held leadership roles in strategy and operations at Google, advised Fortune 500 companies on engaging and retaining frontline workers, and published a Harvard Business Review article on the subject. He studied Humanities at Yale University. He and his wife have two children.
