Jena Nardella spent seven years as Partner for the Nonprofit Portfolio at Praxis. As a co-author of the Redemptive Nonprofit Playbook, Jena is a passionate advocate for redemptive rethinking in the nonprofit sector. At the start of her career, she served as Co-Founder & Executive Director of Blood:Water, which she founded alongside the band Jars of Clay. She cares deeply for vulnerable populations around the globe and for the organizations dedicated to serving them. She and her husband, James, have two children and in August will be relocating for two years to Accra, Ghana to be closer to James' team at Last Mile Health. Jena is currently freelance consulting.
