Romanita Hairston is the CEO of the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust and oversees all its program activities. An accomplished team builder, convener, and leader, Romanita brings more than two decades of experience spanning the nonprofit (World Vision), for-profit (Microsoft), philanthropic (Murdock Trust), and board service sectors, including roles with Global Women, India Partners, Urban Alliance, Urban Impact, and Impact Latin America. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and holds an MBA from Eastern University in Philadelphia.
