Sajan George, a turnaround specialist, business strategist and serial redemptive entrepreneur, spent two decades turning around companies with Andersen and Alvarez & Marsal. He then formed Matchbook Learning to turnaround failing schools, where students experience formative internships with entrepreneurs who work from POLK Stables, a venture he founded to turnaround a broken workforce development system. Sajan co-founded a Praxis Guild for redemptive entrepreneurs to form Indianapolis founders and their ventures. These efforts—education, workforce development, and entrepreneurship—capture his vision that human flourishing at scale is possible when we follow God’s creative purpose.
