Will Clayton is the Co-Founder & CEO of Sky Harvest, which helps companies across sectors meet their climate targets by providing US-based carbon credits to offset unabatable emissions. Sky Harvest’s innovative methodology unlocks new sources of climate action and increases access for smaller timber operators. Previously, Will served as the Chief of Staff at Strata, where he architected the corporate strategy and led the successful turnaround of an underperforming division. Before joining Strata, he worked at Boston Consulting Group. Will earned a BA in Economics as a Morehead Scholar from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
