Africa Renewal University (AFRU) is a fully-accredited Christian university committed to equipping the next generation of Christian leaders for Africa. In January 2007, the school began with 35 students and a commitment to equip Christian leaders for the transformation of society. Today, there are over 500 students registered in 14 bachelors degree programs and two masters degree programs from Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Congo, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Sudan, Eritrea and Kenya who are being equipped as leaders for the church and society.
