Arrabon is a spiritual formation ministry that equips the American Church to actively and creatively pursue racial healing by offering a discipleship process that cultivates a redemptive way of being in the world. The ministry provides pastors and Christian leaders with resources to transform their communities into Reconciling Communities. These communities develop the skills to creatively engage in hard conversations that cultivate trust and collaboration. They approach political and social issues from a posture rooted in loving God and neighbor. They implement new practices, programs, and partnerships in their communities, encouraging one another with renewed hope and courage.
