Design Outreach (DO) is a Christian nonprofit organization consisting of a global team of problem solvers dedicated to creating solutions to the biggest problems facing people in low-income countries. The organization exists to develop and scale the use of reliable solutions to alleviate the suffering of hundreds of millions of people living in extreme poverty. Utilizing a human-centered design approach, it develops reliable products in the clean water, sanitation, and medical device sectors. DO advocates for its products through large-scale pilots and training to prove its theory of change. The organization partners with gospel proclaimers to share the good news of Jesus wherever its products are implemented. DO plans to scale its impact by increasing sales and expanding the pipeline of new solutions.
