The mission of HoPe is to build communities for Hispanic/Latino students to lead, serve, and thrive. We accomplish this by providing students with a community that empowers them to thrive and grow holistically through our HoPe Leadership Chapters, and after-school program training students in leadership development, educational attainment, and social responsibility. Founded in 2009 with one school and 20 members, HoPe has grown to 85 high schools in 5 states with over 3500 members and is continuing to expand to new communities each year.
