At the intersection of racial injustice, the housing crisis, and a declining, apathetic church, we find the lepers of our society; those considered chronically homeless, with no good options, no family, and no community. Settled’s holistic, research-based response includes building intentional tiny home communities on under-utilized church land called Sacred Settlements, a Production Center for home-building, and a Homestead, where an interdependent way-of-life is developed, practiced, and taught. Settled sees a future where entire communities model healthy relationships, purposeful work, and meaningful abundance, cultivating places where everyone has value, is celebrated, and functions according to their gifts to benefit the whole.
