North End Apartments in Carmel, IN, includes apartments, townhomes, and retail space, and 40 of its 168 apartments are permanently designated for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This development celebrated a grand opening in November 2023 after long-term collaboration among developers, funders, and community advocates, including members of the Indianapolis redemptive entrepreneurship ecosystem, like Doug Wilson (MONON CAPITAL, Capital Fellowship 2024).
