LEAP Africa is committed to raising dynamic, innovative, and principled leaders who will transform Africa. Its evidence-based programs are targeted at youth between ages 15-35 to enable effective transitions in education, employability, entrepreneurship, healthy lifestyles, and active citizenship. With over 10 million direct and indirect beneficiaries and footprints in about 26 states in Nigeria and 9 African countries over the past two decades, LEAP Africa is poised to become a high-performing youth leadership center providing ecosystem building, thought leadership, and advocacy on youth development issues in Africa.
